Hey Kubernetees!!

We all might have listened to the romantic lines "seeing the world through your eyes" for instance lets take a different vision and see it through our parent's eyes (especially during lockdown).

(A magical night during lockdown)

So many might have now realised how happy and satisfying it is to live with your parents after a long gap, which is the only means of direct/physical communication in this fancy virtual era.

As grownup's (as we consider it) we live far from our family for many reasons; be it occupation, studies, wish to stay away, been with them for long time, it's time to have my moment...we have n reasons to add up. But we often fail to understand their perspective to spend time with their children.

How many of us know that their parents prayed after first month of lockdown(i.e.,) by the end of April that lockdown should be extended, so my dear one stays with me. My mom was one among them. We always take them for granted and fail to understand the simple gesture they expect from us in return.

Anyhow, it is never going to be permanent but those 2, 3 months or so will be cherished by them in a long run and will keep on iterating the moments they had with us.

Feel really sorry for some parents who missed those days and very pity for my friends & colleagues who stayed far away and felt like enjoying alone. 'What will I do in home!' was the statement I heard from them. These people should definitely regret the decision and sorry for the time they missed with their families.

To the days of togetherness ===>>

Above all, I strongly believe and the whole bunch also would agree with me on this, the so called 'proud 90's kids' would have never woke up early in the morning and stood in the queue for 2hrs to purchase the groceries or essentials. It would have definitely been the parents. If there are few people who will be against me in this then kudos guys, really proud of you even you took their role for a single day. In most cases it was the parents who went every single day or week and did all the weight lifting instead of faking the gym like us at home.

Be grateful to have enjoyed your favourite dish, long craving dish during this uncertain times; bearing all the pain and made it only because they realised there will never be another day like this.

But people who argued that I don't wanna be the donor of corona to my family members as they are aged and weak; to all you people if you have really felt that way then you should have been there with them and stood in the queue where there are more chances of getting affected. So it is very obvious, we are the ones who are weak in heart. So don't judge our parents or elders for their physical weakness!!

From Ant's eye view,

Vino
